About Paperthrift
Paperthrift is a free library of print-at-home budget worksheets and money organizers. Every template is a clean, one-page PDF you can download and print in seconds — no email wall, no account, and no upsell. We exist for one simple reason: getting your money organized shouldn't cost money.
Why we made Paperthrift
Most "free" budget printables aren't really free. You find a template you like, click download, and hit a wall: enter your email, create an account, start a trial, or pay for the "full" version. Paperthrift started as a reaction to that. We wanted a place where a budget worksheet is just a budget worksheet — one you can grab, print, and start using the same minute you find it.
So that is what we built: a growing collection of budgeting, bill-tracking, debt-payoff, and savings printables, each designed to be genuinely useful on a single sheet of paper, and each one free forever.
What you'll find here
Paperthrift is organized into a few simple collections so you can find the right sheet fast:
- Budget templates — monthly, weekly, biweekly, zero-based, and 50/30/20 worksheets.
- Bill trackers — bill payment logs, subscription trackers, and expense trackers.
- Debt payoff — snowball and avalanche trackers to clear debt on a plan.
- Savings & sinking funds — savings goal charts and sinking-fund trackers.
- Money challenges — the 100-envelope, no-spend, and cash-envelope challenges.
- Budget binder — put it all together in one printable binder.
New to budgeting? Our plain-English budgeting guides walk you through the how and why, then point you to the printable that fits.
How we design and review our printables
Every printable starts with a real budgeting task — planning a month, catching bills before they're late, chipping away at a balance — and gets stripped down until it fits cleanly on one page. We draft each worksheet, print and fill it in by hand to make sure it actually works on paper, then check that it prints correctly on both US Letter and A4 at 100% scale and stays readable in black-and-white to save ink. When something isn't clear enough or doesn't earn its space on the page, it gets cut.
